Here Is My Why

I love solving problems and working cross-functionally across teams to improve business processes. Implementing new systems can be hard. It is often out of the comfort zone of users in the business as it is different from their day-to-day work. It also is not in the business's best interest to not transform, as it will begin to lose its competitiveness. I enjoy easing that burden by understanding the processes of the users and sharing what I have learned from years of finance leadership and system implementations.
